Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 – The Rule sets an unprecedented record by screening on all six screens of Mumbai’s iconic Gaiety-Galaxy.
Pushpa 2 Dominates Gaiety-Galaxy Screens
The much-anticipated Pushpa 2 – The Rule has made history even before its release. For the first time in 52 years, the iconic Gaiety-Galaxy cinema complex in Mumbai will showcase a single film across all six of its screens. The screens—Gaiety, Galaxy, Gemini, Gossip, Gem, and Glamour—will exclusively play the film, setting a new benchmark for the venue.
In the past, multiple screens within the complex have shown one film, but never all six simultaneously. The decision reflects the enormous demand for Allu Arjun’s action-packed sequel, amplified by its record-breaking 12,000-screen release worldwide.
Show Timings and Unprecedented Ticket Pricing
The film will have 18 shows daily across Gaiety-Galaxy’s six screens, a logistical marvel given its 200-minute runtime. Gaiety, with a capacity of 1000 seats, will host three shows at 1:00 pm, 5:00 pm, and 9:00 pm. Galaxy, accommodating 800 viewers, will have its shows at 12:00 noon, 4:00 pm, and 8:00 pm.
Gemini, a 255-seater, will screen the film at 2:00 pm, 6:00 pm, and 10:00 pm, while Gossip, with 105 seats, will show it at 11:30 am, 3:30 pm, and 7:30 pm. The smallest screens, Gem and Glamour, with 47 and 46 seats, will play the film at staggered times throughout the day.
For the first time, ticket prices at Gaiety-Galaxy have crossed Rs. 170, with tickets now costing Rs. 200. Stall tickets, known for their affordability, will be priced at Rs. 180.
