1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Bollywood Junkies Magazine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. The arbitration will be conducted in New Delhi, India. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

 

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Bollywood Junkies regarding the use of the site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the site. This includes any prior agreements you may have had with us regarding the use of our website. No other agreements, representations, or warranties will be valid unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Bollywood Junkies.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will not be deemed a waiver of those rights or provisions. A waiver of any right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Bollywood Junkies. If we do not enforce a right or provision in one instance, it does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it in any other instance or in the future.
